From 7:00 am to 10:30 am, we serve a buffet breakfast with 50+ items, including homemade cakes and pastries, hot and cold dishes, and gluten-free, vegan, and lactose-free options. Pancakes, eggs, waffles, omelettes, and fresh juices are also available from the à la carte menu.

We are a short walk from Venice “Santa Lucia" railway station and about 10–15 minutes from Piazzale Roma (the bus/garage hub).
From Venice Marco Polo Airport: take the Alilaguna boat (lines with stops such as Guglie or Ferrovia, near Lista di Spagna) or the bus to Piazzale Roma, then walk.
From Treviso “Antonio Canova" Airport: there is a direct express bus to Piazzale Roma.
Our Cannaregio location lets you walk to many icons: Rialto Bridge in about 15 minutes; Piazzale Roma and the Grand Canal in about 8–10 minutes; with quick vaporetto links to St. Mark's and the islands.
The hotel features a lounge bar and a spacious, oriental-style internal garden where you can relax and enjoy a Venetian aperitif with cocktails and cicchetti. No private parking is available (in Venice, parking is at Piazzale Roma/Tronchetto).
Yes, you'll find exclusive rates and offers on the official website. Guests who book direct also receive one complimentary 30-minute session in the wellness area. Even if you don't see online availability, we recommend contacting our Reservations Office for a further check.
All bookings offer maximum flexibility with free cancellation up to two days before arrival. For late cancellations or no-shows, a penalty equal to the first night applies. Payment is always made at the hotel, but the staff reserves the right to pre-authorise the first night to verify the credit card provided and as a guarantee in case a penalty applies. Unless otherwise agreed, the pre-authorised amount is released automatically; timing depends on your bank.
For bookings made on our website, click “modify/cancel reservation" in the booking widget or go to Personal Area inside the booking engine. Enter your check-in date and the cancellation code shown on the last line of your confirmation email. The ability to modify/cancel depends on the cancellation policy accepted in the "Terms & Conditions"; you can also review it in your confirmation email.

The Family Room with Terrace on the second floor has a large furnished terrace overlooking the internal garden. Other rooms may feature a balcony or city view, but allocation depends on room type and availability; please request this when booking.
Yes: Family Rooms (for up to 4 adults) consist of two adjacent rooms, each with its own private bathroom. For specific needs (adjacent/connecting rooms), contact us and we'll suggest the best option. Cots are provided free of charge on request (subject to availability). Please mention this when booking or contact Reception before arrival.
